Черепно-мозговые травмы (ЧМТ) представляют серьезную медико-социальную проблему, требующую разработки эффективных нейрореабилитационных стратегий, включая специализированное нутритивное поддержание. Модель Drosophila melanogaster с экспериментальной ЧМТ является высокоэффективным инструментом для скрининга потенциальных нейропротекторных средств благодаря консервативности фундаментальных биологических механизмов у дрозофилы и человека.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучение влияния специализированного продукта ЭП при введении в питательную среду на выживаемость и функциональный исход Drosophila melanogaster с моделью черепно-мозговой травмы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование проводилось на 6 группах мух: травмированные и интактные мухи, получавшие стандартную питательную среду с добавлением 1% опытного или контрольного продукта, а также группы на стандартной среде без добавок. ЧМТ моделировали с помощью оригинальной установки высокоударной травмы. Оценивали индекс смертности через 24 часа, выживаемость по кривой Каплана-Мейера, двигательную активность в тесте «отрицательный геотаксис» в течение 4 суток после травмы, а также гистопатологию мозга.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Введение опытного продукта привело снижению острой летальности в группе травмированных мух с опытным продуктом (ТМ-О) на 22,9% и 24,0% относительно групп с травмой на стандартной среде и с контрольным продуктом, соответственно. Мухи группы ТМ-О демонстрировали более высокую двигательную активность в отдаленном периоде и максимальную среди травмированных групп продолжительность жизни, сопоставимую с интактными мухами. Гистологический анализ выявил менее выраженные патологические изменения в мозге мух группы ТМ-О по сравнению с остальными травмированными группами.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Установлено, что продукт ЭП из мяса свиней-реконвалесцентов обладает выраженным нейропротекторным и функционально-восстановительным действием в модели ЧМТ у D. melanogaster. Научная новизна заключается в первичном экспериментальном подтверждении эффективности принципиально нового подхода к созданию специализированных продуктов – использования прижизненно модифицированного мяса животных, адаптировавшихся к патологии ЦНС.
