Проблематика питания обучающихся, занимающихся спортом в высших учебных заведениях

Аннотация
Для повышения эффективности работы предприятий питания нацеленных на категорию "обучающихся". Были проанализированы и освещены основные затрагивающие данную тему проблемы. Нашей целью было изучить зарубежные и отечественные статьи, связанные с питанием обучающихся и концептуализировать их для составления понимания о ситуации в питании. Проведен анализ явления привлекательности пунктов питания и их рационализации в целях улучшения качества. Был произведен анализ статей (n=38), выпущенных в период с 2013 по 2020 годы. Согласно нашим выводам был составлен список проблем влияющих на рациональное питание. Изучены механизмы, описанные при возникновении освященных проблем.
